. . .

Dear Tiffany,
I know this has taken quite a while for me to get this information to you but as you may know I had a forth back surgery a few weeks following “IKE”. The surgery went well but I am limited to the time I can sit, stand, walk, and rest along with the therapeutics I am undergoing. Nevertheless, I am taking this time to send you what I have in light of Invoices and Pictures. I added a few short movies of the damage. The one thing I didn’t do was to photo my lost food from the fridge and freezer which I was forced to discard due to a lack of electricity for three weeks and by the time it purchased a generator the second week, all food products had spoiled in the garage and fridge freezers and storage box area. The generator was also needed and used to charge up my medical devices to help ease the pain as I did what I could to my home back in order prior to my surgery. I needed hot water to lay in the tube to relax my muscles and decrease pain. It was necessary to keep my medical devices on charge and to use them twice a day. Living in an all electric home, the generator was needed to prepare meals in order to keep my health up for this surgery. Here is a list of what I am submitting to you at this point. I say that because there is still work which has to be done. For example: the tree stubs have to be grounded and removed along with replacing or repairing the spots removed and finally, the patio. The patio has to be removed and repaired. I ask a few contractors who is in that type of business if they could simply pour another top on that which was there to cut cost but they all informed me the old would have to be removed and a new patio would have to be poured. I have yet to get a contractor out to inspect my roof. As the guys were doing the work on my fence they pointed out a few places where it appeared to have been struck by something leaving noticeable damage from the ground. If I were able I’d climb a later myself and do a walk over. There was one thing I hadn’t noticed until it has bought to my attention, after slipping out of my hand the door slammed against wall while coming in out of the weather, knocking out door pins and warping door. The wind blew it away from the hinges and broke a few. I’ll attempt to take a photo and send it. Well, here is what I have to date and I Wish You a SAFE and HAPPY Holidays. Sincerely, Edward Jackson 7810 Red Finch CT. Humble, TX. 77396-2256 Phone #: (281) 540-4483 Claim # 603437070
